In the frame of 17th International Book Fair of Paz which will be held from
August 1st to August 12th in the facilities of the officials' Circle of the
Army COE, UMSA were donated to this important Central Library - the works of
the out-standing Venezuelan business H. Dubric, in order that every student,
professional, executive, entrepreneur who wants to delve into the proposed of
FIFTH Managerial System, they might have access to these books available for their
analysis and reflection.
XXI Century Management.
Since 1974, H. Dubric initiated by himself in Caracas – Venezuela the
formation of the NEW EXECUTIVE. Structuring a series of seminars, which he was
dictating little by little in the companies where he was developing as an executive,
showing the everlasting mistakes of the orthodox and rigid vocational training,
even in the XXI century, it continues for the same untimely rails, turning to
the " business, in a tangle, where it will occur all crimes and other
illegal, in breach of every principle" as he has outlined in his books.
H. Dubric is causing a real REVOLUTION in the vocational training. Broke
all schemes have or might have, moving in a pragmatic manner all solutions of
any CRISIS whatever it is called, to the inside of every human being.
Bank is broken, big companies are being destroyed and fusing with others
to continue existing. Inflation is running with any growth, the economies of
the world's largest are canyons, natural disasters are raging ... Then what
happened to the theories that we had heard in renowned boardrooms of vocational training?...
This Venezuelan businessman, surprised everyone when he exclaimed:
"Modern man has created psychological highways where his architectural
designs of political, scientific, religious, economic and social ... BUT
IT NEVER INVOLVED HIM, made him entirely
hypnotized by what he was achieving and felt him integrated, all-powerful
"...
It means, for the first time a managerial writer delivers us a scalpel to
see our thinking, feeling and acting, and realize that the key to success is
not confined ever commercial aspects, since everything we had actually see. And
this shift shows the great courage of H. Dubric, being able to go with the
utmost respect undressing each of the existing theories in managerial training,
to demonstrate that nothing has served us as well as the existing disaster shows
us.
Since that epoch (1974) he visualized the problems we would face in this
century, products of the mistakes in the different scenarios where human being
is moved.
Thus, it was in 1990 when he wrote his first book called Birth of a New
Executive (Nacimiento de un Nuevo Ejecutivo); where he introduced his Fifth
Managerial System and Free Initiative Direction. It has being published by his
proper efforts in 2003; which led many to think that such a proposal would not
have even the slightest importance.
Some of them in those days laughed, it approaches this business
consultant and Venezuelan writer shift his writing, it seemed crazy, but with the
time it started to get serious faces; since
all his projections have been fulfilling span to span in a world of
asymmetries: economic, political, social and religious.
This Managerial Issues Professor insisted since 1990 "Business
dynamics in the coming century (XXI) need urgently, different staff, with
aplomb, able to give immediate solutions without harming others to deliver
results and power if you will, to predict future events and be benefiting from
the opportunities increasingly depleted that occur sporadically, because
of that we need to burn to the roots of
these ancient concepts of management, we have received out of time in different
classrooms and we have caught in our intellect, to build on land which is CONSCIOUSNESS.
This one is the basis and foundation of our Fifth Managerial System and Free
Initiative Direction, which teaches us to develop the authentic Strategic
Vision necessary for these times of economic turmoil, political and social
".
And he continued: "It will be very difficult to be supported as a businessman
or executive, in this type of political - economic and social climate, which is
at the doors, but we must prepare ourselves to achieve it ".
H. Dubric invites us to face them with precise tools, to achieve the real
success.
He demonstrates us in his
books towards where the market goes and where will stay the financial global issues
and the life of the big Corporations if they do not take in consideration his
advices.
